Our Marietta crew has been fixing doors across Cobb County since 2002, and we’ve kept the team deliberately small. Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been with Marlow since 2009 and has probably worked on a door in your neighborhood. He’s our torsion spring specialist, meaning he handles the heavy coil above your door that does the actual lifting. Over 15 years, he’s replaced thousands of springs across Marietta, from historic homes near the Square to new builds in East Cobb. Marcus is certified across LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. When he’s not under a door, he’s rebuilding a 1972 Chevy C10 in his garage. Ask him about it and he’ll talk your ear off.

Dana R. – Senior Installer

Dana joined the team in 2014 after six years at a national garage door chain, and she left because she wanted to actually fix things right instead of rushing to the next ticket. She handles most of our cable repairs and full door resets, especially the messy ones where a cable has snapped and the door is jammed crooked on the track. Dana is the person you want when your door is off balance and you need someone who can explain exactly what happened and what it’ll cost. She’s also a certified Amarr and Clopay installer. Weekends, she’s coaching youth soccer at Kennworth Park.

Priya S. – Service Coordinator

Priya is the voice on the other end of the line, and she’s been answering our phones since 2018. She’s the one who books your appointment, sends you the live tracking link before your tech arrives, and makes sure you get your digital invoice before the tech pulls out of the driveway. Priya knows the difference between a torsion spring problem and a cable problem just from listening to you describe the noise your door made, and she’ll tell you honestly whether your issue sounds like something we can fix same day or whether it needs a scheduled visit. She grew up in Smyrna and can tell you the fastest route to any neighborhood in Marietta without looking at a map.

Tyler B. – Apprentice Technician

Tyler joined us in 2023 as our first apprentice in five years, and he rides along with Marcus or Dana on most calls. He handles the prep work: securing the work area, staging tools, running the diagnostic checklist, and logging the before-and-after photos that are part of our Relay Visibility Guarantee on every job. Tyler is working toward full brand certification on all eight door lines we service, and he’s already cleared LiftMaster and Chamberlain training. He’s a Marietta native who went to Sprayberry High School and still lives ten minutes from the shop. Don’t let the apprentice title fool you; he’s been around garage doors since he was a teenager helping his dad flip houses in Powder Springs.
